In our class yesterday, we all go to know each other and learn more about our hobbies and interests. Do you remember what mine was? Cooking! Learning how to cook is very important so that we can make sure we are all eating balanced diets from the different food groups. As we have learned in class, eating healthy food keeps our bodies and minds strong! Below, I have listed some links that you can all try at home with your family. This website, created by the Heart and Stroke Foundation, has many different recipes that are healthy and taste delicious! They are great for everyone, no matter how old you are. You can share this website with everyone that you care about to help them stay healthy too!

The second website, Kidspot Kitchen, is a great link to easy and safe cooking. The recipes can all be made by children AND adults! Again, healthy yet DELICIOUS food! (They look great too!!)
Lastly, the third website, Healthy Eating Games, is a website that has many games about healthy eating. Learn while playing fun games!!
